We can provide a rapid prototyping facility, with 24-hour turnaround, if needed. We have experience in a variety of assembly techniques. These range from the conventional through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly methods, through to building products with moving mechanical actions and integrated mechatronics.
 
The MEL Group also offers a full system assembly, testing and diagnostic services for all products. We cover both analogue and digital in-circuit tests, joint test action group (JTAG), combinational tests and automated optical inspection (ADI).
